The Onboarding Journey

Our onboarding follows six structured stages — guiding you from delivery planning through to launch and ongoing performance reviews.

Stage 1 Pilot Delivery Plan

Purpose

Confirm the operational delivery plan, pricing framework, governance structure and data integration approach before platform configuration begins.

Outcome

A completed and agreed Pilot Delivery Plan and onboarding information pack, ensuring Figtree has the information required to configure the platform and begin onboarding.

Stage 2 Platform Setup & Data Integration

Purpose

Configure your properties within Figtree, establish reliable data integration, and prepare the platform for pricing validation in a non-live environment.

Outcome

Your properties are fully configured within the platform, data is flowing accurately, and pricing rules and guardrails are set ready for validation and testing.

Stage 3 Pricing Output Validation

Purpose

Validate that Figtree’s pricing recommendations behave as expected and align with your agreed pricing strategy before activating live pricing workflows.

Outcome

You understand how the pricing engine behaves, are confident in the recommendations being produced, and confirm readiness to proceed to pilot launch.

Stage 4 Platform Training & Enablement

Purpose

Ensure your team understands how the Figtree platform operates and how pricing recommendations are generated, enabling confident use of the system ahead of pilot launch.

Outcome

Your team is comfortable navigating the platform, understands how pricing recommendations are produced, and is confident using the tools and workflows that support pricing review and approval.

Stage 5 Pilot Launch

Purpose

Begin using Figtree within your live leasing process, enabling your team to access pricing recommendations, market insights, and performance tools as part of day-to-day operations.

Outcome

Your team is actively using Figtree to manage pricing during the leasing process — reviewing and applying pricing recommendations, and making any required adjustments through the platform’s approval workflows and governance controls.

Stage 6 Pilot Monitoring & Review

Purpose

Review pilot performance, assess outcomes against the agreed success metrics, and discuss the potential to scale Figtree across the wider portfolio.

Outcome

Both teams have a clear understanding of pilot performance, operational impact and platform value, and agree the approach for continuing the Figtree subscription and scaling usage where appropriate.

What happens after the Pilot

Once the pilot period concludes and the outcomes have been reviewed during the Pilot Monitoring & Review stage, Figtree transitions from pilot evaluation into standard platform operation.

At this point, the experimental elements used during the pilot — such as controlled A/B testing and statistical performance analysis — conclude, and the platform continues supporting your teams as part of their normal pricing and leasing workflow.

How Pilot Performance is Assessed

During the pilot period, performance will be assessed and documented  in the Pilot Tracker using Figtree’s standard success metrics. These metrics allow both teams to evaluate pricing performance objectively and compare outcomes across properties and portfolios.

The metrics focus on revenue performance, occupancy outcomes, pricing accuracy, market alignment and operational adoption. Together they provide a clear view of how the pricing engine performs in practice and how effectively the platform supports day-to-day pricing management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Clear roles and responsibilities help ensure a smooth onboarding experience, effective collaboration, and well-governed pricing decisions throughout both the pilot period and ongoing platform use.

Specific pilot leads and the detailed RACI model are documented in the Pilot Delivery Plan, which defines ownership and accountability for key activities during onboarding, pilot delivery and ongoing operation.

The outline below summarises how responsibilities are typically shared between Figtree and your team.
